Used in the sense line of an archaic form to link to the main form of the term. Implemented using Module:form of/templates; see its documentation for more information.
ပႃႇရႃႇမီႇတႃႇ မႄးထတ်း
|1=(required)- The language code.
|2=(required)- The main form to link to.
|3=(optional)- An alternative term to display (while still linking to the value of
|2=).
|4=,|5=, ... (optional)- Tags to further specify what kind of archaic form it is. For example, Hungarian vala is an archaic third-person singular indicative past form of van, so it uses tags 3, sg, ind, and past:

|t=(optional)- A gloss or short translation of the term. (
|gloss=is a deprecated synonym; please do not use it.)
