ပႃႇရႃႇမီႇတႃႇ မႄးထတ်း

|1= (required): The language code.

|2= (required): The main form to link to.

|3= (optional): An alternative term to display (while still linking to the value of |2=).

|4=, |5=, ... (optional): Tags to further specify what kind of archaic form it is. For example, Hungarian vala is an archaic third-person singular indicative past form of van, so it uses tags 3, sg, ind, and past: {{archaic inflection of|hu|van||3|sg|ind|past|t=to be}}

|t= (optional): A gloss or short translation of the term. (|gloss= is a deprecated synonym; please do not use it.)
